Recommended dosages and dosage courses for Genotropin Original:
For athletes wishing to increase muscle mass: 8-16 IU per day, for 3-4 months.
For athletes wishing to reduce body fat: 4-8 IU daily for 3-4 months.
For patients with somatotropic hormone deficiency: the starting dose should be 0.1-0.3 IU/kg/week, divided into several doses per week. The dose may be increased to 0.15-0.3 IU/kg/week depending on the response to treatment.
